Hello! todays post will be on top tips for moving house, I am moving house very soon and starting to put things away in boxes and packing up a little bit, but I never realised how difficult it could be to pack so here is a few tips to help!

1. throw away anything unnecessary
I always find it extremely hard to throw away little items that I like but don't need! like money boxes with my name on it and silly stuff like that but for some reason I find it hard to part with them, now i've learned that if I throw them away i'm not going to miss them and it gives me less rubbish to carry to my new house

2.organise your boxes for different things
for example have a box for clothes then have a box for books ect because this makes it easier to find things if your looking for something in particular so you don't have to root through your all your boxes to find a single item of jewellery

3. label your boxes
again this makes everything easier to find so you don't end up looking through 20 boxes for something and It ends up being in the last box

4.put little things in little boxes to go in the big boxes
if you have a lot of jewellery hanging around find a small box to put it all in and put it in the big box then you wont every different pieces of jewellery flung around the box

5.listen to music
I feel like after a while of packing it becomes to feel like a chore and you get tiered of it, if you play a little music it can really boost your enthusiasm about packing, it makes me feel much more positive and motivates me to pack and it gets the job done quicker!

6. put away your most used items away last
if you put your most used items away first your going to have to keep going in and out of different boxes its best to have them all in one place

7. don't stress!
stress could possibly be the only thing in this situation to make something go wrong, I know when I stress I can never do anything and it stresses me out even more! if your feeling stressed take your self outside breathe drink a glass of water and have happy thoughts then when your ready go back inside

8.have fun!
if your not having fun then your not going to feel motivated or excited to move house plus having fun speeds up the process of moving and it will come quicker! it will take your mind off stress and will make ou feel much more positive, have your friends and family help you pack too because one it will get it done quicker and two they can have fun with you!

so as most people know Britain is not well known for its beautiful weather and clear skies, its mostly raining, cold, windy or in some cases snowing we get the odd day were there is a clear sky but its still freezing to the point were I can't feel my toes. now usually I don't really go outside so I just entertain myself inside were its warm but unlike me I know most people have a life and when its raining you have no idea what to do because your so used to going outside well I am here to give you a few ideas on what to do when you cant go outside and your bored out of your mind!

1. get into your comfy clothes
no one is going to see you in your sweat pants and hoody, there is no one to impress so why not!

2. make a hot chocolate
nothing says cosy, warm and delicious than a good cup of hot chocolate so go make one!

3. read a book
reading in your comfy clothes and drinking hot chocolate... do I need to say anymore

4. NETFLIX
for all you people out there who are not a big fan of reading ill let you in on my favourite thing to do on a rainy day and that is to binge watch Netflix... drinking my hot chocolate

5. build a fort
sometimes its good to take a trip down memory lane, but why don't you just re-live your childhood a build and fort or a den! also a perfect place to watch Netflix...

6. try and cook something
look through your cupboards and try and make a new recipe with only the things you have in your cupboards! hey you never know you could be the next Gino di campo

7. make a YouTube video
make a YouTube video on something you are interested in you never know you could go viral!

8. make a movie
film yourself acting or being a complete weirdo! who cares no one is going to see it... unless you put it on YouTube

9. practice your make up
watch videos on YouTube on how to perfect your make up, or try a make up look that's completely out of your comfort zone you never know you might like it!

.... and finally my personal favourite thing to do on a rainy day ladies and gentle men I present to you number 10

10. SLEEP
catch up on all the early mornings you've had. sleep. listen to relaxing music. you could even listen to a meditation guide. I've tried that once and its really relaxing.

so todays post if going to go a little deep maybe even deeper than harry styles dimples and that's pretty deep. what todays post is about is a load of what if... some may make you question your existence, some may change the way you think, some may just make you question your self what if?
so here we go

what if... when you here someone call your name and there's no one there or if you think you heard your name from somewhere... but your actually in a coma and your loved ones are not shouting loud enough to wake you up?

 what if... we were all Gods sim characters so when we walk into a room and forget why we walked in there God made us walk in there and then cancelled our action?

what if... You are on a flight from Australia to Britain non-stop. There is a fire in the back of the plane. You have enough time to make ONE phone call. Who do you call? What do you tell them?

what if... You are walking down the street on your way to work. There is a dog drowning in the canal on the side of the street. Your boss has told you if you are late even once more, you are fired. Do you take the time to save the dogs life?

what if... birds aren't singing they're just afraid of heights

what if...you had a room with absolutely nothing in it and the walls, ceiling and floor were made of mirror what would it look like in the mirrors?

what if...your whole life was a film and you don't even know, and your friends, family and strangers are all actors persuading you your just living a normal life, just like the Truman show

what if... when you can't get someone out of your head they are meant to be there and actually thinking about you too?

Hello today's post will be a review, I have never done a review before so i'm sorry if its crap let me know how I got on in the comments... also I do not own any of these pictures these are all from the benefit website as I thought they were better quality than pictures I would take myself, also another quick disclaimer benefit have not sponsored me to do this post these are all my own opinions and i'm not getting paid for it.

so I'm a HUGE fan of benefit make-up its actually my favourite make-up brand so im going to go through a couple of their products and tell you what they're like and I will rate them out of 5

first lets start off with there primer 'the POREfessional'



as you can see from the picture that the POREfessional is currently the UK's NO.1 BEST SELLING PRIMER
this primer is amazing no question about it, it doesn't take away your pores but underneath my foundation you cant see any of my pores which I love! it makes my skin look super smooth! I would highly recommend this to anyone! I would rate this a 4/5 just because I would like it to actually take away my pores without foundation

Second I am going to review the Boi-ing concealer



so for Christmas I got the benefit 'how to look the best at everything' set and It came with the boi-ing concealer in shades 02 ad 03 and I LOVE this concealer with a passion I use the colour 02 more as its more of my skin tone and it is one of the best concealers ive ever used in my life as its an industrial strength concealer its really thick which is good for covering up dark spots on my face and dark circles under my eyes also its long lasting which is always amazing so I don't keep having to top up my concealer every 10 minutes I would give this product a 5/5 there is no flaws to this concealer in my opinion

next up is the very popular is the  'they're real mascara'

As you could probably of guessed from the title todays post will be a guide on how to sleep better!
over the past few days I have realised how important sleep is and I did a little experiment on myself so one school night I kept myself awake until 2:30am and woke up again at 7:00am my usual morning line up (sorry had to be done) then the next night I went to bed at 11pm and again woke up at 7am the difference is the night I went to sleep at 11pm I performed better in school as I had full concentration where as when I went to bed at 2:30am I couldn't get my self up, I wasn't concentrating in class because I was tired and by 4:00pm I was absolutely shattered and I had gymnastics till 8:00pm after that too and let me tell you that wasn't the best gym session i've ever had

so most of you are probably wondering so how do you make yourself sleep earlier if your not tired? and I have the answer right here for you

1. put on your pyjamas make sure they are comfy and not tight and uncomfortable remember the baggier the better.

2.get yourself a warm drink preferably something without to much caffeine in it so stay away from coffee, latte, espresso keep it simple like some tea or a hot chocolate you could even have a glass of warm milk, warm milk is meant to calm you down and make you sleepier hence why babies are given there milk warm.

3.go to the toilet, nothing is worse when you get super comfy in bed and you need the toilet so you have to get up then when you try and get back in your comfortable position it just doesn't work its so frustrating

4. grab a hot water bottle if its a little bit chilly in your room and put it on the back of your neck wrapped in something obviously so you don't burn your neck

5. block out as much sound as you can unless you find it easier to fall asleep to a little bit of background noise then that's fine, usually I like it completely silent but if its raining I live to listen to it for some reason the sound of rain on my window relaxes me and calms me down

6. try and sleep in as much darkness as possible this will block you from any distractions around the room and plus darkness is again meant to relax you

7. take deep breaths, so basically you must try to relax yourself as much as possible to be able to sleep 

8. continue relaxing until you fall asleep!

hello everyone! so following my new years resolution I said I am going to be so much more healthier and fitter! so by blogging about it is going to keep me motivated to carry on doing it along side informing you on how to get killer abs! just for your information I am not a professional personal trainer although that's what job I want when im older im not getting paid professionally to do this however I am an intermediate advanced gymnast and have just won national champion in my age category so I know what works and what doesn't work okay... lets do this!

firstly you have to warm up and stretch obviously otherwise if you pull a muscle you'll be in serious pain so for a warm up you just want to jog lightly on the spot get your heart rate up for 30 seconds
and to stretch you want to stand with your feet slightly wider than your shoulders and lean back and push your hips forward and you should feel a stretch in your stomach ( side note if you can do bridge then do that also) by the way non of these pictures shown belong to me all rights go to the owner!

now time to feel the burn...

the first exercise is called a v-sit you shall perform 20 of these

lay flat on your back with your arms above your head and your legs straight out too.

lift both your arms and legs at the same time to perform a 'v' shape and then lower back down

if you go slower it will hurt more therefore its making your abs work harder getting you your killer abs quicker
if you prefer to go quicker I would advise you to do double or treble the amount that has been given
